Efficiency/Security

Our systems and processes are designed as end-to-end value streams that integrate notification, claim processing, distribution and reporting to ensure a simple, accurate, and fast flowing stream of information. We foster innovation by setting increasingly aggressive standards for our systems and processes to meet.

Competency

NPT RicePoint’s senior team becomes involved at the planning stages of each new administration and stays involved through to the last distribution. This hands-on senior level involvement allows our Clients to move on to other projects, confident that they won’t need to be re-engaged each time an unknown issue or concern surfaces.

Our individual team members are selected, trained and tested to ensure they possess the leadership, creativity and problem solving skills necessary to communicate effectively with our Clients, the Court and Class Members.

Cost Control

Our objective is to drive inefficiencies and excessive costs out of the system so that collectively we can direct more Settlement Funds to Class Members. With each administration we seek to make recommendations, pre-settlement, as to how the agreement can be optimized to reduce administrative costs while maximizing the take-up rate.
